The 303 Logic boards we are holding in storage from the tear downs may or may not have a removable CMOS battery.
These are losing their charge from storage and resetting the calendar date to the manufacture date. In Ohio's case the date was set to 2014
Upon installation it will try to call home to google and just lock up.
To correct this problem the technician will have to:
Power wash: CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + R
Set the calendar date to the correct time + TIME ZONE
Then connect to TRD wifi.
The device should then finish updating and be ready for use

This was a main problem in Ohio, but it can happen with out 303 motherboards that have been in storage for too long.
