Hey im working on a TOshiba CB30 and need to program the customers serial number to the logic board however there is no guide and im not certain if the steps are different from other devices. can anyone help??? please and thank you

If you look at most of the chrome devices they all are very similar in many aspects. First you need to find the read/write protection on the motherboard. If one of the screw holds has sperated copper like the 303 then thats probably a read/write protection screw hole. If it does not then, it may have a jumper or switch. If you post a picture of the devices motherboard I can probably spot it.
Next developer mode is usually easy enough to get into, they are all mostly the same.
Finally the terminal code. Do the first 3 steps as usual, type chronos, press enter, type sudo su, press enter, type vpd -l. Once you can see what the devices SN is you just have to look for the labels that have the devices SN in them, like "serial_number"="uihiuhiuhiuh", but some might be a weird name like the 131 has. If you take a picture of the vpd -l output I can create a SN change process for that device. We dont have nay here for me to do it on.
