If you are needing the IT department for any computer issues or portal issues you can now use the ticket support system located on the portal. - Log onto the portal
- On the top right click Support > Submit a New Ticket
- You will be directed to The Repair Depot Help Desk
- Fill out the form and click Submit
You should get a reply to your email, when your issue has been resolved.
